Hypothetical: DU Meetups, same day, east coast vs west coast:

You have unlimited funds; a huge wad of frequent flier miles which you can use for your hotel, car, and flight; and two weeks off. You want to attend a DU meet-up to hang out several days with some of the DUers you've met here.

Here's the dilemma: There are two DU meet-ups planned during your time off. While you'd love to attend both, you have to choose one, because they are both planned for the same weekend. Let's say that one is in the Los Angeles area, and one is in the D.C. area.

Which one would you choose, and why? Is there no contest, or is it a difficult decision?

I'd love to take my kid out west...do the drive that we talked about...and then take him to see the sights in LA. He'd love it, and I'd love it. Although I'd have to get a baby sitter for the drunken booze fests. :D
