I didn't respond to your original distress call. I don't really deserve your thanks because of my lack of response...But now I want to tell you how very worried I was about the lack of help from your doctor and the local services, who finally came through. You had to go through hell to get the help that should be yours automatically! I'm angry about what you had to do to get that help. At the same time, I'm so glad that you did get it!

Now I hope that you can relax and stop worrying about your surgery on Monday. You will be in my thoughts and prayers then, and afterwards. Please take care!
