2. Probably wouldn't see it for long before the asshole driver

decided to ride up along the center line, or over on the shoulder, in order to pass the cars.

I'm always tempted in traffic jams to jerk my car door open as one of those assholes comes up just to put 'em in a panic and watch 'em wipeout, or let them take my door off, since it's gonna be their fault and I would never admit that I did it intentionally "Jesus, officer, you don't expect someone to be doing something that illegal and assholish, you know? I figured it was safe to open my door, I was gonna get out and give myself a stretch while the traffic was stopped. Damned ugly mess. Poor guy."

7. Yeah, that was one of the first things we learned. If they tell

you to stop (with their little red ball/circle on a stick - you stop. They're authorized to shoot to kill (not that it happens much, but they can ... counter-terrorism (yeah, lurkers, there was terrorism pre-9/11) and whatnot).
