We're pretty up front where I work, and I think we get along better because of it.

boss was not in attendance. She called him up and told him he was a fvcking idiot and ranted for about 5 minutes.
The crazy part is that it was a large company and she was very good at what she did (lotsa experience, education etc), and she DIDN'T get fired. She was transferred promptly to another dept.
I always laugh when I think of that story. She told it so well.
