If you see it, there's this part at the end where he's attending this conference of doctors, and someone asks him a long question, and they keep the camera on him while it's being asked - check out the expressions on his face during that! Also one of my faves is the meeting he holds to teach his cabinet all sorts of advice on how to work and lead effectively - it's like The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People run through the ringer of delusions of grandeur. And yes, I agree, he comes off as hilarious throughout much of it!
