"The Road Warrior", aka "Mad Max II", is a great movie.
Good development of fun, interesting characters, a simple and entertaining story (with a clever twist at the end), amazing, edge-of-your-seat stunts which you'd never in a million years be allowed to do today, and, from a technical point of view, flawless continuity (which is nearly impossible in a road movie).

Damn fine film... I forgot how good it is (even with that kooky Gibson as the lead).

2. I liked all 3 of them.
They are fun to watch. Not my usual style of film but I liked them.

5. This movie may prove to be more of a guide than a movie
Think about it. Oil won't last forever.

7. That's what I was thinking during the opening montage...
"the story begins long ago, when the world was powered by the black fuel...for reasons long forgotten, two great warrior tribes clashed, and touched off a fireball that engulfed them all... without fuel they were nothing...the great machines sputtered and stopped. Their leaders talked, and talked, and talked, but it was too late to reverse

6. The Lord Humongous rules.
I agree, great movie. I love when the idiot tries to catch the kid's boomerang and gets his fingers cut off, hilarious.

"Drop the snake!"
