1. YES!!! My kat loves to play fetch with his mouse toy.
He runs, skids, bites into it and then does a somersault, turns back and runs back to one of us (he takes turns) and deposits it in our lap. It goes on for 15 minutes til he exhausts himself.

6. We should pair them up for a show
My kat also is a tv watcher. When he hears certain sounds coming from the tv, he races to it knacking anyone in the way over so he can sit in front of the screen and watch.

2. I had a cat that would bring me back rolled up aluminum foil balls for me
to throw again for her to fetch. The cats I have now are not "fetchers".

4. Yep. He'll not only fetch . . .
but he loves to play ball. We roll the ball out onto the grass, and he runs and pounces on it and rolls with it. But our Ginger is an "only child," which might explain he extraordinary propensity to be a showoff.

12. One of the 5 will
It's the little mouse toys, that rattle inside. She especially loves a fresh mouse with tail (after a few hours she'll eat the tail). You toss it into the kitched from the den, she'll fly over the couch and bring it back. But, she'll set it by your feet or in my mom's purse.

Her sister will run after a toy, but not bring it back.

Or they want to set something to top of shoes. Weird, I do wish I knew what was going on in their little heads.

"are you a good girl?" meow. Check, Chloe is a good girl. "are you hungry?" no meow. God it's a miracle Chloe isn't hungry. "are you sleepy?" meow.

And so on and so forth.

14. I thought my cat was the only one that fetched...she likes to play with
a piece of braided twine...I'll roll it up into a ball and throw it, and she brings it back to me.

She won't bring it back to my wife though, and it pisses her off royally...I wonder why?

17. My current cat is the only one I've had who won't fetch
but she's a rescued kitty and has some behavior issues. She's sweet when it's just us here, but we have to put her in a room when people visit. And no one can even try to pick her up or she will bite and claw them pretty viciously. She also will absolutely not fetch.

24. Milk Dud found his voice after eight years and now talks nonstop
he had always been the silent type; go figure.

Hey, your boy sounds like the stray kitty I am trying to adopt - orange and white. I named him Angus after Angus Young because he was so skinny and active. I've fattened him up over the past few weeks leaving food on my porch. Alas, it would appear Angus valuses his freedom as much as he does his food. :o
