Anyone seen Alana Davis perform?
I saw her on Saturday afternoon at a free event. She quit after playing just three songs! No explaination--just walked off stage.

I have seen her - she's awesome. I will see if I can find out what happened. Where was the event?

Part of the Motor City Music Conference. She played at the Border's stage in the Compuware Building. I don't know if she was mad at how few people showed up or the fact that it was in an atrium that had a waterfall going. I really wanted to hear her perform.

4. Is she the one who did "Black Velvet" years ago?
I ate at a table next to her here in LA in 1991.

Is she making a comeback?

She had a cover of "32 Flavors" by Ani Di Franco on it.
