Yes, friends. In a mere four weeks I have lost almost nine pounds. From 240 to 231.8. The mind staggers!
How have I done this? you may ask. The key is in a crazy and revolutionary diet I have been trying. What I do is, I eat less and exercise more. Also, I eat healthy things which are low in fat and high in nutrients!
Crazy!
It is all worth it. I feel in good shape almost, even!

Since I have spent most of this past week boxing up the 80% of my FABULOUS 'vintage menswear collection' which I can no longer squeeze into, and moving those boxes up to the attic....
...I'm afraid that I am going to have to HATE you.

Seriously though, congrats! I myself am starting a new regimen, while I am all fired up with SPRINGTIME energy; I hope to report some results of my own someday soon!
