how do you highlight text and make word read it?

1. Check under the Tools menu for 'Speech'

you may have to install the tool though.


I don't have it but from my limited memory you have to have the speech option installed.

Then I would imagine you select the text by highlighting then go to Tools\Speech to hear it.

on edit: I don't know if this 'speech' tool does text to speech though. It may be something different. sorry for the confusion.
