When did NBC become the Religion Channel?
Revelations every Wednesday, and earlier tonight a ridiculous show about a "exorcism" . . . seriously, when did the channel go from "Must See TV" to "Nothing But Christ"?

3. The exorcism thing is a real turnoff for me.
But I'm sure there are/were a lot of rubberneckers watching.

Our local NBC affiliate runs Billy Graham "specials" a lot. Seems like two or three times a month lately.

8. I think I'd seen that before . . .
or at least a different, similar "exorcism" . . . such a waste of video tape filming that charade if you ask me . . .

4. Since they've been dead freaking last in the ratings war...
for years. I guess they thought they'd try the religion angle. Religion, like sex, always sells. I can't watch any of that network crap. It's designed by morons, for morons. If that's what entertainment has become for the masses, we're in big fucking trouble.

5. You noticed that, too?
I thought it was slightly bizarre.

The exorcism will likely end up on TNT, FX or Sci-fi sometime in the near future.

I wanted to watch Revelations, but since they're broadcasting it only an hour at a time, that sucks. It's only a 6 hour miniseries. I'm a Bill Pullman fan--I got the hots for him during While You Were Sleeping. He's had some bad roles, but for the most part, he's got the smarts for most of them.
