1. I see
Are you now admitting that you have a proclivity toward making harsh, prejudicial and hasty judgments?

AH HA!!!

B-)

2. What can I say?
Everything I heard and saw before about it led me to believe it was nothing but straight romantic sap. Okay, so I was harsh... I'll take my spanking now and like it :D

8. It is a great movie.
I liked it, and when my wife got it I thought "Oh, great another chick movie." But I liked it. And I love the music the did for it. Especially the PM's love theme.

11. It was a man who talked me into seeing it
I'm not really into chick flicks, but I thought that film was rather clever and well written.

9. I found it insipid
but I hate the entire romance genre, with very few exceptions.

18. Themla and Louise!
Just kidding. Though I do love that movie. Romances: The Hustler and Doctor Zhivago. There are probably a couple others. I enjoyed Pretty Woman but I wouldn't claim it was a good film. Now I'm drawing a blank. Give me a good thriller or a murder mystery anytime.

17. I liked it much more than I figured I would, too
I don't care for most "romantic comedies" because they are so formulaic. This one was much more original and had several different plot lines to follow which was cool.
