Bush failed at privatizing his accounts so now the repukes are calling it the "Retirement Plan"

So in a nutshell if Bush fails to get something to pass he renames it thinking that Americans are a bunch of dumbasses that'll buy into it.

SO your challenge, if you choose to accept, is to sell something to me I would never really want by changing the name to something that sounds more marketable!
