I was browsing the top box office listings on imdb.com when I saw Airport, the seminal all-star disaster movie from 1970, listed near the bottom. Clicking on it and going to the user comments ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0065377/usercomments ), I came across the following: "note the first scene with the lovely Miss. Bissett where she emerges from the shower and barely flashes just the side of her breast."

Well, it's been a while since I saw this movie, but I don't remember that scene and certainly no 'controversy' that might have followed. Though given this was still pretty immediately post-Hayes, maybe standards were still being worked out. Anyway, after a bit of digging I found the shot referred to:
