The other reason that it is sexist is that you are calling her "average". The truth is that all female celebrities will look better than the average women because people are employed to make sure that they look as good as they can. There are also tricks that can be done with editing and lighting. When women are lead to believe that the average female celebrity is the average women appearance wise, we tend to feel badly about our appearance. Consciously or not some women will read this thread and think, "if J Lo is average, I must be a hideous ugly freak."
