Ding Dong... no more Ruiz hopefully. Toney was out of shape but he was still the same ol' James in there. Crafty, relaxed and confident. The heavyweight division is still anemic but at least James in there now.

the worst of all time.. Although he did put on a semi entertaining fight tonight. Here's hoping James doesn't go to crazy after this win and can get down to 220 for his next big one.

but he got it done. His next fight will be key against a more pro-active fighter. He needs to drop another ten lbs. Honestly, I always think Toney is impressive in there even when he is is lazy. He is such a natural, his defensive abilities alone entertain me.
