Anyone got an idea? Cost of the door (there's a metal frame already) and installation?

1. Probably a wide variation based upon the type of door

but around $50-60 for cheapest and around $50 for installation when I glanced at them at Home Depot recently. More expensive doors are available, of course.

It isnt that difficult to install yourself though.

2. Prices vary. Try doitbest.com
They have some nice ones. My neighbor got one at the local doitbest hardware store, and it's absolutely fine. She installed it herself.

Installation is usually 50 bucks. Screen doors are simple.

4. thanks loads
It's an old house; I wish the old door was in the cellar and could be reinstalled, but it's not.

5. You Can probably Get One for Under a Hundred at Home Depot
They're easy to install - I installed one when I put the new door on my kitchen in less than an hour.
