3. We always buy ground turkey instead of ground beef.
We don't usually make turkey burgers however, because I'm kind of sucky at making them. Do you have any tips for making a good turkey burger?

5. adding olive oil to the meat results in a much juicier burger
I also like a bit of garlic powder, and some herbs.

14. Actually I used both
The bottom layer was your basic ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and parsley mix.

But the middle layer was ground turkey, spiced with cinnamon. I put an Alfredo over that.

On top I covered it wish a spaghetti sauce and topped it with mozzarella

Baked it for an hour @ 350 degrees
