6. Shush...
It's only October. What are you going to be like in January and February?

We've already had the roads plowed once. Tuesday. It will not be the last time this winter, I would guess.

I used to live west of Boston. Littleton. My husband is from Norwood.

Think spring! ;)

10. No way! I love this weather!
I'm sixty miles west of Boston, in Ware Mass.

October and November are my favorite months.

One winter, I worked in an unheated sawmill when it was 10 below zero outside. The stacks of lumber were so frozen together, we had to break apart boards with sledge-hammers. I have never bitched about the cold since.

13. That'll teach ya to live up north!
Anyone who lives north of the snow line deserves what they get. Having been raised in northern Indiana, I learned my lesson and went SOUTH SOUTH SOUTH, never to return.

Sucker!

19. We had snow this morning
I'm in CT about 90 miles SW from Boston and there was snow covering the roofs of our cars and little flurries that melted before they hit the ground. It's too soon. I'm not ready for this yet!

it's in the 50s, but will be in the high 70s or low 80s by afternoon. I'd rather have the cold. I'm a fall/winter person.

We're only going to be in the high 60s to 70s this weekend and into next week. Of course, that IS summer for some people. :D
