I can already feel it beginning its assault. For the past few days I was wondering why I was feeling tired, then I found out when a sniffle appeared today. As the day went on, I slowly developed this "cloudy" feeling, focus wasn't what it normally is. Its next volley of immunal artillery will most likely be body aches that drift from joint to joint.
This is one bug that always kicks my ass. Colds I shrug off without so much as a few sneezes. But the flu lays siege to my defenses, and drags its feet going through its cycle with me. Its weird, I never get the flu the first go around, it waits to mutate into some sick perverted version of itself before setting its sights on me, usually going through the bioweapons factories known as children. (kids don't get the flu, they upgrade it) This time, though, it looks like I'm the first to get it.
The beginning of next week is going to suck royally. Soooooo, which DU lady wants to kiss me first?

THAT is funny. Hope it doesn't hit you too hard. Do you teach? Haven't been vaccinated?

I know I should, but it always ends up way down my list of priorities.
Asking me if I teached just reminded me that I made a few deliveries to an elementary school earlier this week. It was a definite mistake to touch the soccer ball they were playing with to give back to them.
