Any lawyers in the Lounge? |
OK, I have a question for the law-talkin' people. The college I go to has two campuses in town. Recently, we had elections for student government. Now, since we acquired the second campus, we've had ballot boxes at both campuses until this year. This year, the second campus did not have a ballot box because "people there just didn't vote". Is this legal? Shouldn't BOTH campuses have access to voting in student elections? And if it's illegal, what law would it violate? Much thanks in advance if you can help!

1. Are there student government election laws? |
I'm not sure how much help you'll get from state or fed laws, but I would check your college's student government policies.
