Our wonderful Ramsey had a Derby party today and we all put $20 in the kitty for the horses. Each of us got 3 horses (cept Libby, she was stuck with 2) and I was lucky enough to pull Afleet Alex as one of my horses. I figured with that horse I could recoup my money and those other 2 horses including some horse I almost traded away cause someone else liked his name and he had 71-1 odds - well that was Closing Argument and he was my horsey too

Great party and Ramsey had Mint Juleps and homemade Derby Pie (Chocolate Pecan Pie). It was almost like being there in Kentucky except I was surrounded by all progressives!
