8. Hardy, Har. Har. That I could do myself.
I could resize it myself and then scan and post, but I was wondering if there was an electronic way to do it. All my photos appear huge on my website and I don't want to post until I can get them smaller.

9. You should download some free photo editing software
DU blows away anything within an img tag, because the img tag has been replaced with a script to make it easier for people to post pictures without learning html. Kind of like MACs blowing away deep functionality in order to make a cleaner idiot proof interface, which sucks. :D

12. Not really, I use mostly Photoshop and/or Fireworks
both have 30 day trials

www.macromedia.com

some recommend 'Gimp', a free Photoshop clone, but I've never used it
