2. In junior high.
I was the only Catholic in a Mormon scout troop. I joined because my friend was in it.
Weird.

4. i live in Tempe, AZ... so, hell yes!
Ive often thought of the paradigmn between the cutesy nametag/helmet wearing, bike riding kids that will help ya clean your pool if you just listen about their planetary propaganda.....
Then you go all the way to the top at Colorado City with Warren Jeffs,m "The Prophet," who will take your family and assign them to a new man if you happen to ask too many questions. Happened to even the mayor and chief of police.

There is definitely NOT enough media coverage of Colo City because were too balless because of Waco, but the little brainwashed girls have a ymca to go to if they are tired of having babies with Uncle Joe.
sickening.

who glommed onto me and decided I neede "saving." They have been decent friends over the years, despite abysmal politics.

anothe couple who went way over the edge and way over th line. I had to tell them to fuck off and stay away from me.

7. No bad experiences
I've always really liked the mormons I've come across. I think the key is letting them know pretty early on that there's no way I'm going to join them. The LDS church used to rent an apartment in my old buidling in DC for their missionaries and those guys were always really nice and friendly. Also, half of my in-laws are mormon. Every time we see them, my wife gives me the whole routine about what I'm not allowed to talk about or say. They're the nicest people and I love going to the family gatherings, but their politics suck big time.

13. My ex MIL grew up in SLC as a non-mormon. Her family was ostricized
teachers at school would single her out and ridicule her, jobs werent easy to find and just try to get a loan if you dont belong to LDS.
She had bad memories of SLC.

14. My townhouse was next to theirs
The way the building was arranged, their bathroom was behind the wall to my bedroom

I could hear fucking everthing.

Every day, without any deviance, they would wake up and take a shower at 6:00 in the morning.

I hated that shit.

Thank god, We moved into our own house

Oh, by the way, Mormons have domestic squabbles, just like the rest of us.

15. I've got a number of Mormon relatives.
Had no problem with them at all. They weren't the kind to shove religion at those who were into something else or didn't want religion at all. They just lived their lives according to the teachings of their church.
