Last year, we were doing some renovations to our house rather than move...in the space of one month...the A/C went, the disposal went, the fridge in the garage died...(that was truly disgusting, I was taking care of my dad in the hospital and didn't notice until everything in the freezer was not only thawed but rotten), the A/C in my car died, the dryer went, the washer went. It was amazing. I had such amazing 'cash flow' there was a breeze. In and right out again.
