3. How did they get on that plane to Miami?
Weren't they on a later plane? I'm glad that Rob and Amber LOST! What jerks. But what happened?

10. I don't know. For some reason the airline put the ramp back up to the
plane and let them on. I was watching but I didn't really understand why they changed their mind after they already told them no.

Then they lucked out by getting a cabbie who spoke Spanish (not that unusual in Miami I would think) so he knew where the King - Rey was.

18. They said the captain made the decision to bring the boarding
ramp extension back and open the doors. Maybe he's an Amazing Race fan.

This was the first season I watched - only cause I wanted to see Rob and Amber lose.

I thought that cabbie was going to cost them the race. I was screaming as loud tonight and extending digital extensions just like I do to *.

Finally the good guys won!

4. Yay! I'm glad to hear that Romber lost
I stopped watching this season early on, because I couldn't stand it. If I'd somehow known they weren't going to win, I might have been able to stomach it

7. I wanted Rob and Amber to win
They didn't raise their voices to each other once. Usually all the people end up fighting and they didn't. It was refreshing.

Edited on Tue May-10-05 10:14 PM by Pirate Smile
good both to each other and everyone else.

Did you see the commercial for Rob and Amber's Wedding? They are going to make that into a show. LOL.

I know some people hate Rob and Amber but I don't. Rob is sometimes an ass but I just can't help kinda like the guy.

13. OMG! OMG! OMG!
I was jumping up and down in my living room screaming "Yes, Yes, Yes!"

I have watched this show since the first season and have never wanted a team to win more than tonight!!!

Yes, I know it's just a TV show, but I'm smiling right now.

14. I didn't realize they were so close to the finish line when they were
asking for money to pay the cabbie.

16. I was Yelling to People to Give Them Money!!
There's been a lot of discussion/controversy in previous seasons about racers "stiffing" their cabbies and damn Uchenna and Joyce were going to pay the man.

I suspect that since both of them had been laid off from jobs (Enron and Worldcom)according to their bios, they knew exactly what it means to make a days wages. Plus I think they were just good people.

19. I didn't know they could stiff the cabbie
First season watching. You know Rob and Amber would've stiffed the cabbie or Rob would've talked the cabbie in to giving Rob money!

Yes the decent people won!

And there's one wedding I'm going to avoid - go away Rob and Amber - I don't want to see you ever again. And Amber is even from my area of PA!

20. Uchenna and Joyce were the most deserving couple ever to win it.
Edited on Wed May-11-05 01:41 AM by Seabiscuit
And Rob & Amber get the booby prize: the most universally despised couple ever to compete in it. They make me want to :puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke::puke:
