new layout for my site, opinions please

i have the old layout still on my comp, so i can change it, but this one seems nicer than the previous black and white shit I made earlier...

3. ok, you asked for it

- don't stretch the logos of other sites as seen under the left menu
- why center the content in the 'content' table? It creates an uneven amount of white space on the left.
- you've designed this site for 1024/x resolution users only..?
- content text size is rather small, and cannot be changed with browser settings, consider your older users.
- consider tightening up the links section vertically
