Why in the heck will it take 2 weeks for me to get my washing machine

fixed?!? This is what the service guy has told me. (yes I'm still ranting about this). I mean, come on. Two Weeks??? Where the hell is the part coming from...Mars???? The darned thing cost $1000 and we spent another $150 on an extended warranty (smartest thing we did) and there it sits...all pretty and unusable. I wish we hadn't done that. My last washer lasted forever and we could wrench on it ourselves...Grrrrr. ON the up side, the service guy found about 2 dollars worth of change in it. :hi: :(
