So carnivorous, but oh so good.

I'm also rolling the tiki bar out for the summer. Come on over DU'ers!

Steamer clams, scallops, shrimp, and haddock :)

But ribs are good, too. Dry rub or sauce or both?

6. That's my preferred method as well
Dry rub with a good finishing sauce. Though, since b-b-q season is short here in the northeast, I will stoop to cooking the ribs in the oven ... 3-5 hours @ 250 degrees does the trick quite nicely, though you don't get that smokey flavor. I did a brisket that way a couple of weeks ago. I planned to do it outside, but it rained all week :(

10. Mmmm....that was one lick smackin' good slab of ribs.
Not the usual place I get them from, but darn good. Thinkin' about round 2 now.....is that wrong?
