World Records you wonder why they exist.....
Well my Grandma is going to a function tonight. The function's goal... to set the world record for most Southern Baptist Women drinking tea at the same time. My Grandma admits it is very silly.... but she can't ignore free tea.... (I have to give that one to her)....

Just... now I'm wondering, are they setting the standard.. or is there already a pre-set record they are trying to break..... so tell me... what are some of the oddest/pointless world records you have heard of?

5. Is it a Russian breed?
It sort of looks like the dog version of a Russian blue.

4. I was part of the world's largest human Liberty Bell in elementary school.
Pointless, in hindsight, but we were all over the news and such so I guess it was a successful gimmick for Campo Bello Elementary School of Phoenix Arizona.

Hey, I just set the record for the most posts of the sentence "Pointless, in hindsight, but we were all over the news and such so I guess it was a successful gimmick for Campo Bello Elementary School of Phoenix Arizona."

Hot DAMN!!! Just broke my own record!

6. Update:
With 7,200 people... my Grandma and such did indeed take part in breaking this ummm "prestigious record". She almost didn't get counted a traffic accident delayed them. However, they got there just in time to be counted. She still admits it's silly, but said hey I got tea.
