If you went to a restaurant, |
|
opened the menu, and saw - eh - "free samples" of guacamole and white cheddar sauce on the inner flip-out pages, would you still order from the place?
(there's also a lack of "How are we doing?" forms so I couldn't nicely let them know that free samples, in this way, are gross.)

1. No. That would turn me right off. |

My family and I turned around and walked out of a restaurant once shortly after we were seated; I went to the restroom, and along the way I noticed how filthy the floor was. It was littered with garbage and dropped food everywhere. There were only two other occupied tables there. Surely someone could have cleaned up the floor. It looked like the scene of a food fight.
Then the bathroom was disgusting. Dirty floor, overflowing wastebaskets, standing water in the sinks.
No way was I going to eat there.

I once walked into a restaurant bathroom and found.... |
|
Blood dripping down the front of the toilet onto the floor. I shit you not. I have no idea what happened in that place, nor do I want to know. Duckie

2. That grosses me out too |
|
But the worse for me is if there's food all over the floor. Especially mexican food places with smashed chips all over the place.
We ent to a Shoney's once and there was scrambled eggs all over the floor under our table. We didn't leave but I HAD to ask to be moved.
Ugh...I hate food on the floor, sticky tables and food on the menu.
Thanks for letting me get that off my chest. :)

3. These are the moments that make life great. |
|
Not the gross moments.
The ability to tell others of those moments.
