Somewhat out of me slowly developing a disdain for being in theatres with obnoxious fuckers I can't stand.
Somewhat out of my intense hatred for anything with Adam Sandler in it.
A little out of the idea of Chris Rock, who to me sounds like nails on a chalkboard, in 500 watt surround sound.

Hollywood has run out of good ideas, and so the summer movie season is destined to be one of box-office "sure bet" remakes, or updates of old brands (Star Wars). Only rarely do these measure up to the quality of the originals back when they were fresh ideas and therefore somewhat risky.
They will make their money, but the craft suffers so when movieland becomes risk-averse.
That said, I do love Adam Sadler, the nutcase.
