My neighbor left a paper plate with dried cat food on it on the front porch.
Oh boy!
She must have been trying to lure a cat or felt sorry for one. I expect there will be all kinds of neighborhood kitties over for lunch today.

and a mighty "keee YAH!" from jukes, too; love to have furry creatures waddling up to my house after dark to scavenge! my cats love the visiting (they're protected by hardware cloth/ insect screening) & it's nice to wake to dark rustlings & drift back to sleep thinking of fuzzy tummies getting full!
