What to do about people who break the traffic laws.
I don't think Traffic schools work, so how about sentencing them to 20 hours of traffic. Surrounded by a bunch of people woho don't go more than 5 miles per hour. What do you think?

1. Good question. There are many repeat offenders. I have thought about
something more practical than confiscating their vehicles. Maybe a mandatory identification for other drivers like a shield attached to their cars or trucks that alerts other drivers that there is an unsafe driver on the road and to beware. Sort of like a portable Megan's Law.

2. The shield could read: "I flunked driver's ed" with a DMV logo.
