Dinner tonight

I'm grillin' portabella mushrooms, with monetary jack cheese and roasted red sweet peppers. I also have some sweet corn on the cob that is in the pot as we speak.

1. Beer and pizza rolls

I don't know how to cook. But a couple of people that I have been corresponding with via e-mail have been giving me some pointers and have been sending me recipes. So I may head out to the grocery tomorrow and get some lasagna fixings. But tonight it's brewskis and frozen food.

Beer and the rest of it. I had to learn to cook. It was mandatory growing up. Unfortunately I only cook for myself these days.

We're eating leftovers tonight...some roasted chicken, veggies as yet to be determined..Nothing too exotic. It will taste good, but it won't knock anyone's socks off, either...Not like yours!
