Ok..calm me down, kids and cops and disrespect..

I'm minding my own business..just hubby and I tonight, having a couple drinks relaxing..then we hear commotion. We go outside and walk our property..each going in opposite directions since we recently found deposits of beer bottles beside our porch and again down our back valley.

I heard kids saying "where's Brook?" "We've got all this toilet paper". It's coming from beside my garage next to where the bratty kids and obnoxious repuke parents live. Hubby walks down opposite side of house and finds the shrubs on their side wrapped in TP.

I go through their back yard as kids are running into their house ahead of me. It's looks like quite a party..tiny kids from 6 up to 14-16 yr olds. Two rooms full. They slam the door in my face. I knock..they start asking if it's the cops. I ask if they are going to clean up the mess. I get screamed at by the resident bratty 15 yr old. It's party night in town. He'll go get the chief himself. I shouldn't come there accusing him or his houseguests. I told him names I over heard and where I saw bodies run to. Another boy looks at me so innocently, drops his head and tells me those other kids are in the other room.

So I come home, call the cops. Cops show up.I tell them what happened...they go over to take care of it. I stand at the edge of my property hearing them tell these kids that this is no big deal!! What??? Sure it's not, have a big party, toilet paper the neighbors and it's no big deal. Be off your property after curfew and it's no big deal? When the cops left, I over heard the parents in the front yard laughing and cackling.

Now I'm going to the village council meeting.
