Why do I stay out in the sun too long? |

Every year I say I'm not going to fry like bacon at the first sunny day.Every year I stay out in the sun too long.Ouch oh that stings!:freak:

2. You have a couple options |
|
You could start exposing yourself earlier in the season for shorter periods of time at first. Your other options, which you probably should do anyway, especially for longer periods in the sun, is use sunscreen.

I fry like bacon.That's what reminds me to use sunscreen.To make matters alittle worse.My prescription I'm on makes me more susceptible to burning.So I never tan I'm a constant shade of red.
