Toys In the Attic was Aerosmiths best album.
Uncle Salty told me stories of a lonely
Baby with a lonely kinda life to lead
Her mammy was lusted daddy he was busted
They left her to be trusted 'til the orphan bleeds
But when she cried at night no one came
And when she cried at night went insaneUncle Salty told me when she was just a baby
That she'd get by and maybe someday she'd see
But soon she found her mother's love for all the others
The pushers and the shovers was the life to lead
But when she cried at night no one came
And when she cried at night went insane... oooooaa..Oooh it's a sunny day outside my window
Oooh it's a sunny day outside my window
Ooooh oh yeah
Ooooh oh yeahNow she's doin' any for money and a penny
A sailor with a penny or two or three
Her's is the cunnin' for men who come a runnin'
They all come for fun and it seems to me
That when she cried at night no one came
And when she cried at night went insaneOoh it's a sunny day outside my window
Ooh it's a sunny day outside my window
Ooh it's a sunny day outside my window
Ooh it's a sunny day outside my window
Ooh it's a sunny day outside my window

1. It certainly was!
I know that some people opt for "Rocks", but they are wrong

2. Rocks didn't impress me
And I wanted it to. I was 16 when it came out and I had loved both Toys and Get Your Wings.

Toys In the Attic is still a great listen.

5. Get Your Wings
it was all downhill from there.

Lord Of The Thighs:

Down to who knows who just to socialize
I'm waitin' for my girls, when you caught my eyes
You got your ways to make a man
Honey, you got to understand
I'm your man, child, Lord Of The Thighs
Well, well, Lordie my God
What do we got here
She's flashin' 'cross the floor
Make it perfectly clear
You're the bait and you're the hook
Someone bound to take a look
I'm your man, child, Lord Of The Thighs
You must have come here to find me
You've got the look in your eyes
Although you really don't mind it
I am the Lord Of The Thighs
You must have come here to find me
You've got the look in your eyes
Although you really don't mind it
I am the Lord Of The Thighs

6. I hated "walk this way" when I was a kid
Whenever my school had a dance and I asked a girl to dance with me "Walk this way" would come on.You know how hard it is to dance to that fucking song? :)

from Uncle Salty in Feel Like a Woman?

Anyone?

On Edit - just had to add: "One Way Street"

Nuff said.

8. I have the surround sound mix
on SACD. Sweet Emotion is really cool with the talk box guitar panning around the rear channels.

9. I'm trying to think of a good argument for why it isn't, but I can't.
"Rocks" was more of a hard rock album, but "Toys" had some undeniable grooves. I gotta agree, "Toys" was A-Smith's crown recording.
