Has anyone here ever used ThinkFree Office for Mac? |
|
I've upgraded to OSX, but what's preventing me from migrating completely to that environment is that I need to use Office for my business (compatibility with clients' files), and I don't like paying the three-figure price for the upgrade.
Any personal experiences among the thousands of as-yet-untombstoned DUers? How is it for compatibility with the PC and Mac versions of MSOffice as well as for foreign language support?

1. Why don't you just run Office 98 or Office 2001 (or, for that matter, Word 5.1) in Classic Mode? Classic Mode is great, especially in Panther.
ThinkFree has trouble, in my (limited) experience, with Office documents that have very complex formatting. You can lose word spacing etc.
