My first decent picture taken with my new digital camera...
Please, feel free to opine. I'm still learning how this thing works, and what crap like F-Stop, ISO settings, etc., mean but for some reason, I think this one is decent, even if I have no idea what I did to make it look like that.

4. I'm using a DSC-P72 myself
A lot of folks swear on Canon, but I've had no trouble at all with Sony.

You should be able to change your film speed. 400 speed is better for moving images, but your photos might be a bit grainy. 100 speed is best for still photos and has the least granulation.

3. I know nothing about photography either
but i do know that while that picture is very cool, the reason for the trailers and the blurry car is your shutter speed.... it is how long you let light into your picture for each picture..... the setting you hav it on is for like a portrait, for something th at stays still. with fast moving objects, its like putting 20 frames from a movie on top of each other so you get the motion blur. I will stop now considering much more knowledgebale people have most assuredly already posted responses.
