How does a woman get stretch marks on her breasts? Implants? Breast feeding?

I know stretch marks on the lower torso can come from childbirth, but I wasn't familiar with them on breasts.

Seriously, though, it seems that guys with feminine features can really get a lot of attention from straight women as long as they are not "effeminate." Actually someone once told me that the features that men find most attractive in women are actually more common in men. So uh, there you go....
