40. Over -- if you've ever gotten rolls with images on the sheets...

that's the only way that you can see the image correctly. (For example, the flowers are upside down if you do it under.)

However, my mother insists on under because she said that kids are less likely to pull it when it's under. I guess the same is true of pets based upon previous posts.
