It'll be high quality stuff, and it'll cost you. (There's a Pearl Art Supply store in Central Square, Cambridge, where they admit they charge about half again as much as they should, because they expect a big chunk of their inventory to be shoplifted.)
If you can make do with cheaper stuff, you could try a party store, like Paperama or iParty.
