I'll admit, I had the same knee jerk reaction when this trial came up (again) but the people in the jury hear a lot more than I do in passing on CNN or wherever.

I think michael jackson needs psychological help for his problems, but I am able to accept that he's not a pedophile.

25. Three boys are sitting on death row right now

I can't remember what their names are but they wore black and acted "weird". Two boys were murdered and they were charged with their murders. The stepfather of one boy was a preacher and his wife was found dead. While the three boys rot in jail the stepfather walks free. Everyone in the southern town convicted them on the clothes that they wore "black".

A 40- something man who shares his bed with kids is not right, no matter that they can't seem to pin anything on hims (which is largely because of the he said/he said nature of the evidence). Simply, the jury chose to believe the famous person. Okay, fine, but it will probably happen again unless parents have the good sense not to let their kids near him.
