ten days ago, i mailed a PRIORITY MAIL-DELIVERY CONFIRMATION LETTER |
|
via U.S. Postal Service. Priority Mail should have had the letter in its destination by the third day. On the third day, the only record they had of the letter was that it had been mailed...and for the next ten days there was no tracking of the letter. On the 10th day tracking confirmed reported the letter as delivered to a post office IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STATE than the one addressed in the letter, and a totally DIFFERENT ZIP CODE than the one addressed in the letter.
Now they want two days TO SEE IF THEY CAN TRACK THE LETTER--who they delivered it to, see if they can get it back, and then report to me about whatever has happened to my letter, or if they are able to track it further than the post office that it was delivered to!
This is an outrage to me...particularly since the letter was sent PRIORITY MAIL-DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

I've never had had a problem with the PO, but lots of people seem to. Damn, that sucks.

before--and this has never happened. and the envelope was typed in size 10 font, ARIAL BLACK, and the address was clearly visible through the PRIORITY MAIL ENVELOPE.

:) kind words are always a balm for the soul--especially after i yelled my head off at the postal worker working the toll free number for the tracking confirm thing.

jackson.
If it was not MJ, it must have been some pea-sized brain at the post office.

They're usually from somebody that wants me to have their credit card. ;-)
