Monica's Reputation Ruined! - In a videotaped deposition taken Wednesday and played on the Senate floor Saturday, House prosecutors asked Sydney Blumenthal in reference to Monica Lewinsky: ``Do you have any idea how White House sources are associated with statements such as, "She's known as Elvira."

Elvira was previously compared to Ms. Lewinsky in the Feb. 2 1998 issue of Time Magazine. Opening with quote: "When Monica Lewinsky worked at the White House, she had nicknames. One was Elvira, after TV's vampy Mistress of the Dark - a snickering reference to Lewinsky's long and big black hair, her fondness for tight, chest-hugging outfits and her coquettish demeanor."

When asked to comment on her comparison to Ms. Lewinsky, Elvira spat, "At least I get my little black dress cleaned once in awhile."
