I mean if I am a law abiding citizen then I have the right to arms hey?

I want my freaking SAM. I know no one hunts with SAMs, but I collect them and if I need to overthrow my government and protect my freedom I should have my SAM, bazookas, tanks, whatever I want...because this is freedom in America.

These SAM grabbers are communists and the NRA must go fight for my rights to Surface to Air Missles, Machine Guns, Bazookas and the next great gun that can shoot a 1000 bullets per second.

3. They ARE legal!
To buy one as a private citizen you have to get permission from your local chief law enforcement officer, pass an FBI background check, pay a $200 Destructive Device transfer tax, and comply with any applicable state and local laws. And find one for sale.

Or you can pay a bunch of fees, get all the required licenses, and become a manufacturer of destructive devices.

If they weren't legal, how could any be manufactured, sold, transported etc. for military use? They're made by private companies and publicly owned corporations, not by the government.

For more information see http://www.atf.gov/
