2. I tried this one a while back,

before the time for punkin' carving had truly arrived. This is my freshman effort at punkin' carving. Looks much the same now, but the teeth are far more British, and there's an ungodly greenish funk spreading throughout the entirety of the gourd. I'm not reaching in to rescue that candle. It's just gone. I figure tomorrow I'll set it atop a pike over the compost pile and watch it slowly rot away throughout the winter. Will maybe even take some time-lapse-style pics to share. ;-)
