Michael Jackson Sued by Woman Over Dog Attack
What took them so long (the lawsuits).

I knew this was coming.

MJ -- For the sake of my sanity, if you do intend to leave the country, do so now. Run, don't walk.

LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Who let the dog out? According to one Encino resident, it's Michael Jackson, that's who.

The entertainer was recently acquitted on 10 counts in his child molestation trial on Monday, June 13, but has once again been pulled into the legal fray. Donna Kyman, 66, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, June 7th alleging that a dog escaped from the King of Pop's Encino home and attacked her.

According to the suit found on TheSmokingGun.com, Kyman was in her garage when Flash, a grey/white husky belonging to Jackson's sister-in-law, attacked her without provocation. Although Flash was captured and tested negative for rabies, Kyman says she still suffered "great mental, emotional and physical pain" that may "result in some permanent disability."
