I had my meeting with management, if you're curious (update from friday)
Went in to the office took the union VP with me (although he is one of the problems). If you remember the whole thing about the tree, we sorted that out and it was decided I was not in the wrong but please don't do it again.

Then the creeps started accusing certain people of bullshit things. I disn't do anything but defend them. ANd I couldn't believe some of the shit they were saying to me. It appears to me that they know the shit is gonna hit the fan and they are looking for scapegoats, rather than looking at their poor managment skills. As my dad always told me, the workers reflect management. And from what I've heard management is gonna be fucked big time soon.

Overall I stayed calm and listened to what they had to say and told them what I had to say. My fellow employee was not so forgiving. He basically gave em the old "piss off." I don't blame him, at first they told him he had to start performing better. So he said, "what you don't think I work hard enough." They said, "oh no we're not saying that."

What the fuck is that, they accuse him, then backtrack when he calls them on it, what kind of managment is that? I think they are trying to save their own hides. Either way I am still looking for a new job.

1. Glad you came thru it in one piece
I've seen that management CYA attitude too many times. Is it the Peter Principle: A person will get promoted to one level ABOVE their competancy!!! I've worked for a few of those types.

3. Yeah, I hope there's tears!
I told my co-worker that before he went in. He is a good guy and a good friend so I can trust him.

He too did just what I did, looked at the boss and laughed inside.
